Each Sunday, a celebration of the Holy Eucharist is held at The Church of the Nativity, South Second Street, Newport at 9:30 a.m. Following worship, our congregation gathers for fellowship and refreshments in the parish Undercroft. Christian Education - The first Sunday of each month is child focused and the children are active participants in the service. The Godly Play curriculum is used with our pre-school aged children on the second and fourth Sundays of each month. Elementary aged children participate in Living the Good News curriculum on the same Sundays. High school aged children participate in age appropriate activities on these Sundays as well. Children attend the regular worship services with their families on the third and fifth Sundays. Adult Christian Education - We are watching a series called “Living the Questions” and considering the shape of our lives as faithful people experiencing God through the Episcopal tradition of Christianity.
